We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge.
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to enhance the overall experience of our guests.
Roles and Responsibilities Greeting guests/customers Manage guest/customer complaints Taking messages Managing mail, luggage and deliveries Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties Running errands to assist guests Provide information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation Managing customer/guest requests for housekeeping and/or maintenance Develop network of contacts, service providers and businesses within their communities to serve guests Education and Requirements Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the company's needs.
Greet guests and confirm reservations.
Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Maintain positive ongoing relationships.
Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
