Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services.
With over 500 locations, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.
We are looking for someone that is local to the area and is looking for a long term role in a stable and positive environment with opportunity for growth.
Our Spa Associates are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing short of exceptional! Candidates with prior experience in sales or a membership driven environment is ideal but not required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests Ideal past experience would be working for a gym or other membership driven environment Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance Display a positive, energetic attitude Be a team player Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills Perform various other duties as assigned Be willing to take initiative in picking up new tasks around the office Ability to multitask Company
